1. What happens if I join the wrong team or want to leave my current team?
If you’ve joined the wrong team or wish to leave your current team to purchase a slot from us, you can exit by tapping the “Leave” icon next to your profile. However, once the event begins, you’re locked into that team until the adventure ends. Please ensure you’re not in a team before we assign your slot.
2. Can I add my friends to the team?
No, unfortunately, you cannot invite friends to our team. If your friends want to participate, they must purchase their own slot individually through mogostickers.com
3. How do I perform actions during the adventure?
Simply tap on an object, select the available action, and draw cards from your deck. If your drawn cards meet or exceed the action’s difficulty, it will be completed successfully.
4. What are milestones and how do I earn rewards?
Each object on the board has a set of milestones. When you complete actions on that object, progress is shared. Reaching a milestone earns rewards, distributed among all contributing teammates.
5. What is “deck temperature” and how does it work?
Your deck heats up when you complete four consecutive actions, entering the “On Fire” mode, allowing you to draw an extra card. If you fail, your temperature cools, but your Ice Boost increases, improving your odds. You may also receive Power Cards that instantly ignite your deck or max out the Ice Boost.
6. How do I know which team I should join?
After your purchase, we’ll send an email with your assigned team details, including the partner name to accept. Please do not accept or invite any account outside of the instructions we provide.
7. Will I still get rewards if I don’t play?
Yes! Our Full Carry service ensures that you get milestone rewards even if you don’t actively participate, however we recommend you to play to unlock more rewards. Also, you must be in the correct team for the duration of the event to receive your rewards.
