At MogoStickers, your privacy is our priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our website https://mogostickers.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide you with the best possible experience:

a. Personal Information:
When you create an account, make a purchase, or contact us, we may collect details such as your name, email address, billing information, and contact preferences. If you opt in to SMS Order Updates at checkout, we also collect the mobile number you give us for that purpose.

b. Automatically Collected Data:
We automatically receive certain information about your device, including your IP address, browser type, time zone, and the pages you visit. This helps us improve site functionality and user experience.

c. Cookies and Similar Technologies:
We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to store user preferences, analyze website traffic, and remember your login details. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features of the site may not function properly as a result.

d. Social Login Information:
If you choose to log in using Facebook or Google, we will receive your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) in accordance with those platforms' privacy settings. We do not store your social media passwords or share your login credentials with third parties.

e. Mobile App Data (Super Mogo app):
If you use our Super Mogo mobile app, we and our service providers collect: your name and email address; your order history; the game details you give us at checkout, which are your in-game username, your invite link and your friend code, so that we can deliver what you bought; crash and diagnostic reports (via Firebase Crashlytics) to fix bugs; and a push notification token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) to send you alerts you have opted into. If you upload a profile picture, it is stored on our own servers. If you sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple, we receive the basic profile information described in section 1d.

f. Analytics, Security and App Usage Data:
When you use our App, we may automatically collect certain technical, usage and diagnostic information, including:

Device type and operating system
App version and language settings
IP address and approximate geographic region
App sessions and activity within the App
Features and screens accessed
Transaction and purchase-related events
Crash logs and diagnostic information
Performance information
Security, fraud-prevention and abuse-detection signals
Unique app or device identifiers where permitted by applicable platform rules

We use this information to provide and maintain our services, monitor performance, understand how our App is used, improve features and user experience, diagnose technical problems, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, enforce our Terms and comply with legal obligations.

Some of this processing is necessary for the operation, security and reliability of the App and occurs automatically when you use our services.

We may use trusted service providers to process this information on our behalf, including providers of analytics, cloud infrastructure, crash reporting, security and fraud-prevention services.

We do not use this information to track your activity across other companies' apps or websites for targeted advertising unless we have obtained any permission or consent required by applicable law and platform policies.

No advertising or cross-app tracking in the store app:
The Super Mogo app as distributed on the Apple App Store and Google Play contains no advertising software and no Meta SDK. It does not read or share an advertising identifier, does not show ads, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Sign in with Facebook in that version runs as a normal web sign-in through our own servers rather than through Meta's in-app SDK.

The APK downloaded directly from our website is different:
That build does include Google AdMob, which uses your advertising identifier to show ads, and the Meta SDK, which receives app-activity events and your advertising identifier when you sign in with Facebook. If you would rather not be subject to either, install the app from the App Store or Google Play instead. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time.

Deleting your account:
You can delete your Super Mogo account at any time from Settings inside the app, or by asking us at mogostickers.com/delete-account without installing anything. Deleting it removes your name, your profile photo, your sign-in details including any linked Google, Facebook or Apple sign-in, your saved billing and delivery details, your saved game usernames, invite links and friend codes, and every device registered for push notifications. It also closes the matching mogostickers.com website account, so the same deletion covers both, and it signs you out everywhere immediately. We keep your past orders and payment records for seven years, because tax and fraud-prevention law requires it, and then we remove them. Any remaining wallet balance or reward points are not refunded when you delete your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Process and fulfill your orders
Communicate with you about your account or transactions

Improve our website, services, and offerings
Prevent fraudulent activity or misuse of our platform
Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We value your trust and will never sell your personal information. We may share your data only in the following situations:

Service Providers: With trusted partners who assist us in operating our website, processing payments, and delivering products (under confidentiality agreements).
Legal Requirements: When necessary to comply with laws, regulations, or valid governmental requests.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new entity under this same privacy framework.

Text messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

5. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. If You Are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (GDPR)

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, Mogo Stickers is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We rely on the following legal bases:

Performance of a contract: to create and run your account, take payment, and deliver what you ordered, including the game details you give us at checkout.
Legitimate interests: to keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix faults using crash and diagnostic reports. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time using the contact details below.
Consent: for push notifications, SMS order updates and for marketing email. You can withdraw consent at any time, by turning notifications off in your device settings or unsubscribing from any marketing email, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it.
Legal obligation: to keep order and payment records for the period tax and anti-fraud law requires.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email support@mogostickers.com. We answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority, and in the United Kingdom to the Information Commissioner's Office.

International transfers: our servers and some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred outside those areas, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

8. If You Are in California (CCPA and CPRA)

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by California law. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy of it, to request its deletion, to request correction of inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. The categories we collect are set out in section 1, our purposes in section 2, and the parties we disclose to in sections 3 and 9. To make a request, email support@mogostickers.com. We will verify your request against the email address on your account before acting on it. You may use an authorised agent, in which case we will ask for proof of their authority.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website may include links to third-party sites or services (such as payment gateways and social networks). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Please review their privacy policies separately.

The Super Mogo app from the App Store and Google Play uses these third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy: Firebase by Google (crash reporting, sign-in and push notifications), Google, Meta / Facebook and Apple where you choose to sign in with them, and Stripe and PayPal for payments. The APK downloaded from our website additionally uses Google AdMob for advertising and the Meta SDK, as described in section 1e.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed toward individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

12. Text Messages (SMS)

If you tick SMS Order Updates at checkout and enter your mobile number, Mogo Stickers will send you one text message when that order is complete. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency: one message per order you opt in on.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@mogostickers.com.
We use your mobile number only to send the order update you asked for.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
