- Reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your order as soon as we receive your message.
- Once approved, refunds are issued immediately. Refund times vary based on payment provider.
- PayPal refunds return to your PayPal balance within 24 hours in most cases.
Eligible Refund Cases
1. Non-Delivery
- If your order was not delivered, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Partial Delivery
- If your order was partially completed, we will refund the value of the undelivered portion.
3. Failure on Our Side
A full refund will be issued if the issue is caused by:

High-Risk Orders

Alternative to Refunds
