SMS Order Updates
SMS Order Updates is an optional service Mogo Stickers offers at checkout for US$0.99 per order. Mogo Stickers is operated by MOGO FZ-LLC.
- What you get: one text message to the mobile number you enter, sent when that order is complete. We never send marketing texts through this service.
- Message frequency: one message per order you opt in on.
- Cost: the US$0.99 fee is charged with your order. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
- Stopping texts: reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
- Help: reply HELP, or email support@mogostickers.com.
- Where it works: mobile numbers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile number is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties for marketing.
Shipping and Delivery
Please be advised that in the event of our offline status, there may be a slight delay of a few hours before you receive your sticker. Rest assured, upon receipt of your message, we will promptly deliver the sticker within the game. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
Returns and Refunds
Because these products are digital and delivered inside the game, they cannot be returned once delivered. Refunds are handled case by case under our Refund Policy, which sets out exactly when a refund is available, when store credit is offered instead, and how long processing takes.
